Need to make a return:
If you're not satisfied with your Cali Chic order in any way, our Cali Chic Team (CCT) will help you out. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return window:

  • Except for any products designated as non-returnable, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items, unwashed items in original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached within 10 days of delivery.
  • *Please we will not accept any returns after the 10 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 10 day window, we will discard the item and no refund will be processed. 

Of Importance:

  • Our swimsuits have a removable hygiene liner to ensure your safety. Due to sanitary reasons, we will only accept a return if the hygiene liner is still attached. Please try on your swimwear over your undergarment without removing the hygiene liner.
  • For sanitary reasons, lingerie, beach blankets, cosmetics, sunglasses, jewelries, hair accessories and items marked as final sale & special "chic sales" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us. 

Return to our Warehouse:
Please email us at customerservice@calichic.com for returns.  We do not provide return label for any purchases. All buyers are responsible for return shipping cost of item(s) to our warehouse.  

Please note that we are not responsible for any such merchandise that is returned to us nor are we responsible for returning these packages that do not comply with these guidelines due to sanitary reasons.
